Here is why everything is the way it is.

Dear Shina,

This pitch comes unrequested, so let me be upfront: I researched you first, built the concept around what I found, and prepared this document so you can judge every claim for yourself.

I built a working version of your site, covering the words, the flow, the questions and the handoff. This document explains the major decisions behind it, and how the finished website would support your client conversations.

What my research pointed to (and what I built around)

  1. Your work as a property investment consultant in Cheltenham, with a focus on British-Nepali and Gurkha veteran families.
  2. A family-first conversation, beginning with people’s circumstances and plans.
  3. A clear distinction between public property information and details shared after investor verification.

These were my starting points. Your feedback will make sure the finished site reflects your work accurately.

The brief in one sentence: a site that introduces you personally, asks useful questions, and brings you a conversation with context.

How that becomes your website

  1. The front door, your story told properly: the film opening, portrait gallery and scroll biography, with space for your approved client feedback and accurate property listings.
  2. The conversation, four questions that lead towards your WhatsApp or booking calendar, with a separate path for people still researching.
  3. The quiet mechanics: search setup, mobile performance and accessibility, with a way to keep information current.

That last part now has a home of its own: your workspace. You can manage your properties and categories, publish updates with photographs, and choose which guide visitors receive. The website and workspace are connected, so the content you publish appears on the site.

The finished website will use your approved biography, photographs, genuine client feedback and accurate property information. Your business WhatsApp and booking service will be connected and tested before launch. The wording will be reviewed with you so it sounds like your business.

I would like you to explore it, recognise what feels like you, and tell me where I have missed the mark. The research gave me a starting point; your experience is what will make it yours.

Warmly,

Aashik Baruwal

Start with their property plans.

  1. CapitalWhat are they looking to invest?
  2. SituationWhat circumstances should you understand?
  3. GoalIncome, growth, or still deciding?
  4. TimingReady now, later, or researching?
Try the four questions

When they are ready to talk

Their answers and chosen property become a message they can review and send to your WhatsApp. They can also take the booking path.

Your business number and booking provider still need to be confirmed and connected.

When they are still researching

The result can offer the guide you select in your workspace. Upload your approved PDF and show one guide at a time.

PDF delivery is connected. Email capture, address verification and automated follow-up are a separate next step to agree with you.

What the questions do

Visitors can review their answers and keep their selected property attached during the visit. The questions prepare a conversation; they do not establish investor eligibility or suitability. We will agree the capital ranges and routing with you.

How saving and publishing work

The admin is connected to Cloudflare content and image storage. Saved content remains on the server; browser draft recovery is a separate local copy for unfinished work. Announcements keep the published version visible while you edit. The overview brings content counts, recent saves and quick actions together, with a greeting tied to Cheltenham time.

The working build is ready to review.

The website and admin are connected. These are the decisions that turn the demo into your public website.

  • Your real content

Approve your story and photographs. Replace the demo properties and example testimonials with material you can publish.

  • Your contact routes

Confirm the business WhatsApp number and booking service, then receive a test enquiry and booking.

  • Your first guide

Supply the approved PDF. Choose whether verified email signup belongs in launch or a later phase.

  • Your launch approval

Agree the domain, account ownership, privacy information and property disclosures. Review mobile and desktop before going public.

Search, performance and measurement

The build includes technical search foundations. The demo remains excluded from indexing until public launch is approved. The final metadata and sharing details will use your approved business information. Search visibility and enquiries also depend on content, traffic, competition and your follow-up.

Keyboard access, reduced-motion preferences and responsive layouts are part of the experience. Analytics and conversion reporting need a separately agreed setup; the workspace counts describe content, not leads or revenue.
